Hey Guys,I travelled from India to US for abt a week and came back last week.Now its been more than 7 days and I am still unable to sleep at nite.I keep looking at the walls whole nite and manage to fall asleep only at abt 5 or 6 in the morning.Subsequently I sleep till noon and my entire day's schedule is ruined.Also I am feeling tired all the time.I even took a sleeping pill 2 days back during the nite so that I cld sleep in the nite like normal ppl.But it didnt help.I slept thro the nite and kept myself awake the whole of next day but i still cldnt fall asleep next nite:(What do i do? I am literally going mad.Is it a mental block I have developed? Please give some tips to get back my normal sleep-wake schedule.
