I've got this weird lump on my arm? (with pictures)?

I'm a 15 year old girl and i've had this weird lump on my arm for about a year and a half now. It's sort of shiny and crinkly, and very dark coloured. I thought it might have been an infection, but i'm not sure. Does anyone else know?

it looks like a mole. if it changes shape, or grows in size you should get it checked out. considering it just apperared one day, maybe you should go to the doctor and get it checked out just in case

It might be a dermatofibroma - a type of scar.  It's very difficult to tell from the pictures, so I would recommend you have it evaluated by a dermatologist.

Do you have cafe au lait birthmarks anywhere on your body?

Or freckles on your armpits?

i know you are only 15 but all the same i recommend you get yourself to the doctor as soon as possible. if it's something nasty that needs to be treated or removed, it's much better to have it done early. early treatment would also minimise the risk of damage and scarring.

are you sure thats not just where you got a bcg injection?

you need to go to the doctor.or ask your mother to take you to Walgreen's or cvs and show them and that will tall you what to get.

It does kinda look like a mole but also looks a little like an infection. I'd get it checked out by a DOC.
