I've got yahoo go 3.0, how do i sync my contacts?

Question

I had a different version of yahoo go, but i upgraded to 3.0. I need to do a rom update on my phone and it will lose everything, including all contact information, so I want to back it up with yahoo go. It was easy with the original go, but i spent an hour with the program yesterday and i'm completely lost.
