And a day after the 1st pregnant dream i had a dream i was getting married...?

is there the possibility that you are pregnant? if there is you probably are, there isn't much chance that it's a dream come from fear, unless you're afraid of marriage too by association. Your body knows right away if you're pregnant and the brain might be passing along the information. The dream of marriage if you didn't have anyone in particular in mind means that it is urging you to find a companion for the baby's sake.
