I've had a what looks to be identical twin to my nipple on my right arieola now for a while?

its not a third nipple because they don't show up on the arieola as far as i no and below this bump is a little white dot almost like a whitehead pimple any idea's what this growth could be

It probably is just a pimple...if it doesn't resolve itself, check with your doctor.
