Question:

I've had loads of nightmares lately.. wny?

Like animals chasing after me and vicously attacking me and they have really evil scary eyes.

And im chased by people with pitchforks.

and i am seeing all these scary creatures.

Can anybody help me to STOP getting nightmares and wake up with my heart pounding fast and sweating and shaking..?

  1. lol did u kill someone or something, if not watch over your food when u eat dont eat junk at night. and maby you watch a scarymovie or something if u did stop. praying helps.

    NEUROLOGIST OR A PHYCHIATRIST IMMEDIATELY.DONOT WORRY MUCH.THINGS WILL BE FINE SHORTLY.

  3. Some medications will cause nightmares when you first start taking them. If this is not the case for you, it may be stress related. Try these tips: Take 5mg of melatonin 20 mins before going to bed.  Do 10 mins of deep belly breathing (inhale through your nose filling your diaphragm with air - think homer simpson belly - hold it for 3 seconds and exhale slowly), releasing muscle tension in your whole body. Nightmares are scary but they're pretty common and almost always temporary.

  4. well, when you fall asleep your subconscience can sometimes go to the lower realms, which causes nightmares......there is stress in your life, and there are issues from the past that you need to deal with. hense, you are being chased in your dreams......you should check it out on the net...like, a website hat can interpret dreams.......

    most definitely, your life is unbalanced, and the dreams are quite vivid, which makes it even more scary..............dont ignore them, try to figure them out..........best of luck......
