I've had this goped in my garage for a while now. I stopped riding it because it doesn't move! it starts fine.

It starts like any normal scooter but when you hit the accelerator it doesn't move it justs revs. don't know if i should replace the spindle or something else any help would be appreciated.

Those machines had what is known as a centrifugal clutch. If it's been sitting a while, it's probably rusted into place. You need to remove it, break the clutch mechanism free and bathe in WD-40. Reinstall and take it for a spin.
