I've had this weird whitehead-looking thing under my eye..?

and it wont go away! ive tried popping it, pulling it with tweezers, and everything. its not a pimple.. what the h**l is it? its making me pretty irritated because the only way to get rid of it is to poke it with a needle.. then when i put peroxide on it after its gone, IT COMES RIGHT BACK.. WHAT IS THIS THING?

  1. No, it's not a whitehead!  Don't even try to pop it or else you could get a nasty eye infection.  It's called a milia seed (benign cyst) and needs to be removed by a doctor.


  2. If it's along the lash line, it's a chalazia/hordeola (stye).  They can be recurrent.

    At any rate, you need to be evaluated by your eye doctor.  He/she may be able to help reduce the recurrence.

  3. Its a stye.  Get a gold ring and rub it on it.  My grandma taught me this trick and it works every time.  Rub a 14k (or more) ring on the stye and within 24 hours, it will be gone.  Have no idea how or why it works, but it works.
