Question:

I've hardly slept but I'm not tired?

Night before last I only slept 45 minutes and last night only 2 hours.. but I havnt even yawned, not at all tired.

Why is this?

Usually I'm REALLY lazy and sleep alot.

I'm not on any sort of drugs and nothing significant has happened rescently...

  1. The body is adaptable enough to survive a few days with little sleep and kick in the adrenaline to feel well.  However, if you have periods of hyper-alertness, combined with periods of real fatique it could be bipolar disorder and needs medicine to even it out.

    You need your sleep though.

  7. If I have one night that I sleep very little, I'm a bit wired for about 2 days...then he hits me and I'm down for about three or four.

    i dont know what it is

    try staying off of tv, comp, ect. ;]

    maybe read a mag, & take a lavender

    bath, & relax

  9. they say that you sleep what makes you feel good.. so if that is enough.. must be.. but if it is not enough, it will catch up to you.

  10. so take a tylenol pm, get off the computer. take it with some warm tea or coffee to dissolve it faster and go to sleep.

    nutrients and it can survive on no sleep[:

  13. Tiredness will hit you pretty soon, it takes longer in some people. Get ready for a long *** sleep.
