  1. It's just that. A rumor

  2. No.... It's customers opening the friggin products!  "This box has a little knick on the top, let me just open it to make sure it's all there and then lets take the other one cuz that box is opened"!

I'm not kidding! What I want to know is wtf you gonna do with that box after you open it?  Expand on the house...make another bedroom?  wtf does it have to be perfect? And if it's not perfect, why did you open that one? leave it alone!  Check the pretty box and then take it.

  3. I hope not!

  4. i dont think that they open anything, its just rumors.

  5. What's wrong with that anyway. It's not like the employees are going to wipe their private parts with the opened products.

  6. You admit that you heard this from people you do not know...

Believe only half of what you see and none of what you hear...

What you are referring to is called shrinkage in retail, and EVERY store fights it.

  7. ummm noo they can't do that. i buy stuff like the whitestrips, and lipgloss that are sealed real tight, they can't open those things. & also prescription medicines that have to be kept clean, they can't open those either. most candyy they can't either, again because they're sealed.

i don't think it's true, unless they need to make sure if product is broken or something.

  8. my mom used to work at walmart. around the time she left there they were getting in trouble for buying products out of sweat shops. it wasn't just one store, it was the entire coorporation. apparently there was children manufacturing toys for the store.

  9. I've never heard of this practice being done, and I've known people that worked at walmart, although their products are crappy...please shop somewhere else.

  10. Sure, that makes sense that they'd hire thousands of extra people just to open all the packages before they're sold.  Not.

  11. Yes, it's done in their warehouse not in the store it self. My son bought a vcr and it was in a sealed box. When he got home and opened the box there were a few bricks and some old Elvis Presley records in the box and no vcr. He took it back to the manager and the manager said this had to have happened in the warehouse.
