I've heard of a book 'What To Expect When You're Expecting', has anyone here in the UK heard of this?

My friends in Australia have talked about this, but I'm in London, has anyone here in the UK heard about this book?

Its crazy popular in America. I actually got a copy free from my doctors office. I don't know if its available to you or not in the UK, but if its not you should really invest in one, maybe buy one off of ebay or amazon.com. That book was my pregnancy bible when I was pregnant with all my children, its very informative and insightful on the different stages of pregnancy, and any problems you might have, or concerns.

I'm not from the UK, sorry. But I really wanted to tell you that this book is amazing. My fellow mommies and mommies-to-be have joked that this is 'The Bible' for pregnant women. I highly suggest picking it up. Also I would like to suggest 'What To Expect The First Year', written by the same authors. Both books are so informative. If you can't find the book in stores around you, buy it online.

This is the best book ever if you are preparing for pregnancy and childbirth, it gives  you month to month illustrations of the developing baby and lots of info....  you can buy it online...

I'm in the USA and practically every pregnant woman has it. Buy a newer copy because they renew the material every so often. It was my bible while i was pregnant

im in america and its wonderfull they also have what to expect the first year....thats good too,get it early tho it has info about breast feeding and stuff

I live in london and yes its an excellent book.. i read it when i was pregnant. my cousin from usa sent it to me..its a must have for pregnant women..

Yeah, it's in pretty much every Mothercare I've ever been in! I've never read it, but the "What to Expect" books are a series, and the "What to expect in the first year" was our Bible for the first couple of months of our son's life!
