  1. If you clean your air filter regularly you would notice just how much muck is in it.  By removing it where do you think all that goes?  Not a good idea at all.  Make sure you clean your air filter regularly and that will assist the performance of your bike without risking destroying it by removing it.

  2. True, but if you do not want to rebuild the carbs every ride then i would not you could do serious damage.

  3. yes for a short time your better off change your filter.no filter will cut your engine life.

  4. That is about as false as you can get. You will pull debris into to engine and it will be done. Increasing intake and exhaust does help performance but you never remove your exhaust or intake filter, just upgrade to a higher flow intake and exhaust.

  5. it might work for the first time you pull off but it will just get dirty and ruin the entire engine.
