  1. Hi,guys, i think it is legal only the author have never claim its copyright protections:)

But if you just for enjoy not for businees benefit, you can download and edit it:)

  2. u better put:

    "no copyright infringement"

ur gonna have 2 make it into parts because the maximum limit is 10 minutes

also, u can get banned because that's the reason why they didn't want ppl to upload movies

  3. You won't get sued!!!  If they have a problem with the copyright thing on it, they will simply just delete the movie and youtube will send you an e-mail informing you of what happened. They just delete the movie, thats all.

    But don't worry...they won't sue you!

  4. You can, depending upon the contents of the movie, copy-righted or not. If you show other people in the movie and do not have their permission, then yes, you CAN be sued.

  5. if it isn't copyright protected then no but you better make sure

  6. Well if its a Copyrighted movie or under license they might close your Youtube account or Remove the Movie but they rarely sue.

  7. No you can't, cuz i see all these movies on youtube like part 1, 2 and so on.

  8. You should make sure about that before uploading

any movie. A production company won't sue you

right off the bat. YouTube would send you a

    warning first.

If you don't comply then they yank the movie and

suspend your account to cover their butts.

I got lucky recently when a Youtube partner claimed

ownership of one of my videos that was given to me

by a friend before YouTube launched in 2005.

They said I could keep it on my channel providing

the partner may do some advertising on it. That

    was close.

Better yet, contact YouTube just to be on the safe side.
