I've heard that if you eat pork then u drink milk it makes you sick?

bacon, sausage, pork cutlets are all acceptable breakfast foods, as is milk, at the same setting.  No illness associated between pork and milk that I am aware of.

I mention breakfast as it is the only time I drink milk

Kosher laws require that you don't eat meat and milk at the same meal. The laws also require that you do not eat pork.
