I've heard the pharse "i'm my own worst enemy"?

I just don't understand exactly what it means can someone break it down for me??

  1. It means that most of your problems are self-inflicted.


  2. It means someone is overly critical of his or her self.

  3. Basicaly, what it mean is that only you, yourself, have the power to make you think you cant do it.

    If someone says to you "You can't do this" than the only person who can make you think that is yourself.

  4. It means that you are the one who chooses to do the things that will not be good for you.  In other words, you cause your own problems.

  5. it's about being self critical, having self-doubt and generally making yourself feel bad

    that no matter what anyone says or does to you, you can always make yourself feel worse


  6. It means you decide how you lead your life and you decide your destiny. When you make a mistake you're your own worst enemy.

  7. You have the power to change your attitude. If you allow yourself negative thoughts about your body, your life, your work, etc. you create that type of negative environment.

    However, if you thing positively and optimistically, you create happiness in yourself and others in your life.
