I've heard we are being ripped off by supermarkets! is there a place i can shop without being ripped off??????

Shop the sale items. Don't buy anything else. Plan your meals around them. Buy food on the shelf from the low shelves or high shelves. They're cheaper. Food is more expensive now due to the price of gas, both to produce it and to deliver it. Also they changed corn production to make ethanol instead of animal feed so meat and eggs are more expensive. Don't feel like it's only the supermarkets fault groceries are high.

Don't believe everything you hear, but if you don't want to shop in a supermarket, you can try a local farmer's market, butcher & fish monger.
