  1. Yak Rider is correct with his answer.

As usual, the rest or not worth considering, follow his advise.

  2. Leave the US immediately to avoid deportation.

  3. You don't get a green card (residence) yet.  You have 90 days from your date of entry on a fiancee visa to marry, and then your spouse has to file for a spousal visa.  The fiancee visa is only valid for 90 days, so he has a limited period of time to file for the spousal visa and for temporary leave to remain while that spousal visa is processed.  This needs to be paid right away.

Your spouse has to prove sufficient income and assets to support you until you get your spousal visa and then get authorization to work.  Only after you receive authorization to work can you apply for a Social Security number, and after you receive that you can start applying for jobs.

Your spouse had to prove ability to support you to get the fiancee visa.  Where's the money now?  If he does not get this paperwork done promptly, you will become "out-of-status," have to return to your own country and be barred from re-entry to the US.

  4. The USA Has closed that door. Marriage alone is not enough to allow admission.

You should go home, apply for the appropriate visa. If it's granted then rejoin your husband.

  5. There's no time limit, but it should be done within a reasonable time.  If you wait more than a few months then it's not reasonable.

You need to file I-485 and I-765 at the same time, in the same envelope.  The cost is $1,010.

  6. well if you came on fiancee visa you have 90 days to get married. After you get married i think that you still have a few months to get your papers in, If you didn't waste your 90 days. call the immigration office and find out.

    Good luck and congrats !
