I've just finished watching the infomercial for ultimate healing with Hugh Downs and Arthur P Johnson.?

Has anyone ever bought any of these books? Are they insightful and offer solutions to problems? Or is it all gibberish? If I decide to buy it would it be a good investment or a total waste of money?
