I've just got back my GCSE results. For my product design mark I got 'N'. What does this stand for?

Probably an epic fail or N/A.

school should really say what it means tbh...

  2. I think it means 'nearly' a pass, Better than a 'U' though, which is ungraded!! :o)

  3. I think you are right with the epic fail, I seem to recall that N is "no grade", as in below pass, as in fail.  Sorry...

  5. Ah, yeah that's a no grade. But at least you can do a retake. Did the course involve coursework? You might be able to reuse that.

    How did you manage to get them so early? What board did you use?

  6. If you look on the back of certificate there should be an explanation of grades, no one on here can be certain as different exam boards give different grades. Why dont you just ring up your school or something..
