Since you can't improve or modify the photo I would suggest I career move and become a serial killer. At least you will have a licence to kill!

What does a serial killer look like? Some look like everyday people.

Stop worrying - almost everyone looks like a serial killer, a rapist or both on theis passport photo.  I figure they're not meant to be flattering at all.

But try one of those places that has the cameras a member of staff uses with 4 lenses that takes all 4 pics at the same time instead of the passport pic booths.  If you've already done this, then I'm afraid I'm out of ideas.

If you're so unsatisfied with your picture why don't you just go and take a picture again? Although it's not very important. Almost every person looks silly on their ID or passport pictures. I look like I death on my but I don't care because that picture won't be framed or something like that.

driver license and passport photos are the worst images of you, a mug shot from city jail will be more flattering.

EVERYBODY looks like a serial killer or a child molester in their passport photos, it is tradition.

Now that there is a rule against smiling or looking in any way 'likeable', you'll just have to look like a serial killer / escaped convict / miserable sod, just like the rest of us!
