  1. w/e ur doing now..keep it up because those are some great times! hey ur 15! theyll drop! trust me!

  2. Those are not bad at all. The fastest boy from my state ran a 11.89 for 100m, and 25.10 for 200 m but I don't know about the 400m but he is in 8th grade.

  3. stick with whatever you do now, you run great times at your age so don't change a thing..Youll get better as you get older..based on your times you training the best you can so you don't want to mess that up..itll just take age for you to get better..like my coach always tells me your 17 year old self can smoke your 15 year old self..so itll just take experience for you to get better

  4. there really good times for your age

well id say what ever your doing now

ask your coach or trainer or go onto the internet and type in things like

    -improving 100m/200m/400m

    -how to improve sprint work

    what ever along those lines

  5. in one year to drop that low is hard but hey its possible

  6. Thats fast!

Don't expect to drop it more this time and it will just injure you. Just keep up your practice and it'll drop by the time your body is fully developed for that speed.
