I only run one mile a day, but my neighborhood is extremely hilly. Would a 2 mile flat run be better, or are the grueling hills helping enough?

  3. hills will help ALOT! trust me. im in cross country and it helped like heck. more endurance the better.

  4. The hills would definetly be better! they will get your muscles stronger....

  5. I ran hills/mountains for about 2 weeks straight, and now I can DEFINITELY tell the difference between when I didn't run hills. They are worth the effort!
