I've left the group, still I'm receiving messages. How to stop receiving the messages?

I'm get disturbed by the messages sent by groups, I've joined the group unknowingly, and I've left the group now and spammed some of the messages which was sent by the group. Even though I'm receiving the messages from the spammed address.

if you left the group via the unsubscribe e-mail, there's a server delay and it'll take time for those e-mails fromt he groups to stop

in every mail youy receivd from any group moderator u have an unsubsribe item. click on the word unsubssribe. u will get a mail from the group moderator whether u really want to unsubscrtibe. reply to that mail as per instructions inthe message and u will stop getting any messages from that group.

other wise sign in into www.groups.yahoo.com, go to the group concerned, click on edit and then click on unsubscribe. lol ur jobe will be done , pronto

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])
