i have lost weight this last month and in the last 4 days i've lost 3 pounds. i'm not upset over the weightloss, i actually wanted to lose a few pounds. but i haven't been dieting or anything, i don't know how i'm losing the weight. i eat normally, so i know it's not from not eating enough. is it possibly a medical thing?

  1. It's normal for your weight to fluctuate every now and then. Could be water weight, or depending on your life circumstances, stress, etc. As long as you feel fine otherwise, don't worry about it. If it continues though, or you feel different in some way, go see a doctor. :)

  2. OMG lucky lol! =]

  3. Your weight can change up to 5 pounds a day. It's just natural. We may drink a little more water or eat a little less than usual. The best way to avoid this fear is to weigh yourself at the same time, every few days or every week. It will be much more accurate. Now if you lose more than 10 pounds, go and see a doctor. But aside from that your fine.

  4. As long as you are eating/exercising/feeling fine, it's normal. Your weight changes a lot depending on what time it is and how much food is in your stomach, it's nothing serious just water weight.
