  1. If you have lost weight the healthy way, then that weight is just fine. I wouldnt lose any more though. You are in the healthy range.

  2. Being 126 lbs may or may not be unhealthy. How old are you?

    Have you been eating less?

Do you feel sick at the sight of food?

Or after eating, do you feel sick?

Do you feel fat after eating?

Have you ever thrown up immediately after eating?

If the answer is yes to any of those questions, there's a high possibility that you have anorexia or bulimia.

It's good that you've noticed the weight loss, it could have gotten serious without you having realised.

  3. I guess by the way you word your question that you deliberatley lost weight, but dont lose any more because you are just right

  4. That's a lot of weight. Did you lose it healthy though?

  5. Depends on how you have lost the weight. Did you reduce the quantities and enrich the nutritional values ? Did you increase your amount of exercise/activity ?  If you were sensible and looked after your health rather than eating poorly and taking pills, then you should be congratulated. However, you probably should try to maintain your weight now and not lose anymore.

  6. How old are you? I just looked up your BMI and before you lost weight you were already a healthy weight. But even though you have lost weight, you are still in the normal category, just lower down, so don't worry your healthy, you'll just feel more confident and better about yourself now.
