This all-purpose surface cleaner is GREAT! I really love it! But it has one problem.. It smells vinegary... and I would like to make it smell nicer without making it less powerful. Any suggestions?

  1. try some lemon juice

  2. hmmm perhaps spray the surface or wipe it off with something nicer smelling after you are done cleaning. it takes double the effort but atleast u get the clean and the nice smell to come along after.  Its hard to dilute vinegars smell without actually diluting its potency.

  3. I use the same thing for my cleaning. I add a few drops of essential oils to the mix. (I typically use lavender or lemon). Or, you can add lemon juice.

  4. I don't think that you can.  Vinegar is very powerful....

  5. use an essential oil, absolutely none with any color, though. Citrus of any kind is good for alertness in a room you don't want to get sleepy, work areas, example. Try lavender in bedroom to enduce sleep. Cinnamon in the kitchen, appetizing.
