  1. If your stuck i'll take a jar off your hands, please!

  2. It makes  very good wallpaper paste if u pick the bits out ;)

  3. Why freeze the excess, share it with your family, friend's , and co-workers, let them enjoy it along with you.

  4. If it is made with oranges and sugar and water then you dont need to freeze it it will keep for month and longer if kept in a cool place.

  5. I love marmelade you yes you can freeze it but remember that the thickening agent will be very liquid when it is thawed out. Either you must recook it and add more pectin or serve as is.

  6. Marmalade is a preserve, you don't need to freeze it! Make sure the lids are on the jars tightly and it should keep for ages. Its lovely around christmas time to eat the marmalade yo made in the summer, and neighbors will appreciate the taste if you chuck them a jar. How much is a lot by the way? You don't mean tons of the stuff do you?

  7. Yes, If you have it in jars make sure not to tighten the lid on the jar until the Marmalade is frozen.

  8. put it in the freezer!

  9. If you have made it properly and have sterilised the the jars then you shouldn't need to freeze it.  It will keep for months and months unopened in a cool, dark place.  Keep it in the fridge once it is opened and it will still keep for some weeks.  As others have said share it with friends and family and get them to make something else in return such as jam, cakes or wine.   Enjoy it, homemade marmalade is far nicer than any you could buy in the shops.
