I've made my share of mistakes...

and i expect a punishment but does it justify yelling so loudly that you can't put the phone to your ear or for someone to yell like a maniac if feels like a slap across the face i rather get hit.

We all have made our share of mistakes. We take the punishment and we move on. As for the yelling part. It really goes in one ear and out the other, so I really don't think that will work. As a mom I know this doesn't work. Yelling doesn't solve anything

Geez - everyone should take a chill pill - people make mistakes - life goes on - thats just how it is...take care and good luck

Some people just cant control their emotions or temper and sounds like this person doing the yelling is just that example..  There is no reasoning for it cause you can get the same message across by talking normal.  They just havent figured it out yet.  When they are calm  explain that to them.

That is the beauty of the telephone.  You can hang up.  Nobody can "perform" without an "audience".  DON'T be their audience.
