Question:

I've never gone to 'bed'. i need help?

i dont know why i dont get tired int he night.. but it effects me and i makes me want to cry that everyone can wake naturally int he morning and fall asleep at night.. i dont really have an opinion on it.. accept that i struggle really bad with it. for years its been killing me..my day is so short.

not even that.. like.. ive tried.. ive tried to wake up at 6 am .. but theni stay up the whole night.. and even if i pass out early i cant sleep in the night..ive never gone to sleep before 3:00 in years. ; (

i really need some advice.. its killing me

  1. If you are serious, speak with a qualified medical practitioner who can prescribe you something to get you to sleep.  Depending on the seriousness of your symptoms they may also refer you to a psychologist.


  2. This sounds a bit  not normal , so  i think u shoulda visit a doctor asap so that this insomina can be solved. Sleeping regulary is important and healthy as well. You can have a warm glass of milk with a bit of honey before sleep and a warm bath  , which might get you even more sleepy ....Avoid anything that would make you awake like coffee , tea, or Coca Cola  in the evening ...Just do soemthing light prior to bed.


  3. I would visit the doctor and start taking sleeping pills like lorazepam for example.

    You get a full eight hours, no wake-ups, and wake up refreshed.

    Everyone in L.A. takes them.

    They can even keep the weight off, as an added bonus.

  4. um talk to your doctor, I'm sure they'll give a better explanation than we can...
