I've never had good tooth enamel...how can i change that?

i'm 16 and i dont have alot of enamel...what are some inexpensive ways i change that?

  1. Seals should do the trick..However i suggest that you stay away from soda and other soft drinks..Its the main cause of the destruction of enamel


  2. If you really have less enamel don't think of saving on cost. Let the dentist examine it and get the proper treatment. you have all your life ahead of you so just don't think of inexpensive ways but think about cost-effective ways to improve your oral health. There are lot of things like composite laminate, ceramic veneers, metal free porcelain crowns etc. Visit your dentist and consult for best possible treatment.

  4. Hey lil chiky,

    If you go to your dentist, they have these liquid they put on your teeth called "seal" that protects them, plus if you brush regularly and thoroughly it doesn't matter. P.S. how do you know you have bad enamel, you can't really see enamel, only a dentist can tell you that you have thin enamel when he is grinding it.  

  5. Use MI paste

    google it.....it is available on e-bay.....or at your dental office
