I've never used a crossbow before, what's it like?

I've used a bow and I've used guns, but never a crossbow. Do you just shoot them like a gun?

Aim and squeeze the trigger.  I perfer my bow.  its faster and shots farther

crossbows are a lot like guns , trigger ,butt stock ,rifle type sights , they shoot mini arrows called bolts ... they are fun and feel like a cross between a gun and a bow , hence the name cross bow

its just like shooting a gun but with no kick or noise.
