I've noticed PDQ or STOP PDQ on some large boxes of product. What is PDQ?

I work at a company that deals in large quantities of product and we've all been wondering what it means. I've seen something on Wikipedia, but it really didn't help to explain...

I've heard it used for Pretty d**n Quick.  Any chance the managers have a sense of humour there?
