I've noticed rapidly growing facial hair.,. someone please help?

Im happy about it, ive always wanted to grow a chin strap. It seems like the beginning of this summer I had a couple goat hairs on my lower ear or upper jaw, but now there is like a patch of long (kinda) goat hairs, and I can tell its getting rougher by the week. Its on both sides of my face on my upper jaw, or below my ear. Ive also noticed it slowly progressing downward into little white hairs. Is this good news for me? does it mean that soon I will be able to grow a chin strap :)

Also, same thing on my chin, and my peach fuzz on my mustache is getting thicker.

hey hey little razor blade! you should get rid of that so it'll grow back better, and look legit, dude. keep weed wackin' it till it comes back hardcore. chinstrap dude, that's legit.
