...I think the question (whether planted or not) was a valid one, so i'll ask it:

Should g*y men and lesbians be allowed to serve openly in the U.S. military?

  1. Not according to Bill Clinton. The policy now in effect is his.Implemented early in his first term.

  2. I'm NOT of that persuasion. If they don't openly practice their"stuff," I see nothing wrong with it.

  3. Oh boy. You had to open that Pandora's box. Republicans are terrified of that question because it exposes the hypocrisy of claiming to love the Lord while simultaneously treating certain members of society like toilet paper.

  4. Yes

  5. I don't see why they shouldn't.  Keep in mind though, they are allowed to serve now, they just have that "Don't Ask/Don't Tell" policy in effect.  I think anyone should be allowed to serve if that is what they really feel called to do.

  6. Absolutely they should.  It's the old Republican guard that has a problem with this and the more it stays in front as a top news story, the more the American people are for it.

Only Republicans would send us to war without money to fund it, weapons to engage with and soldiers to fight it.

  7. It wasn't the question that was the problem, it was the fact that the questioner was working for Shrillary's campaign and it wasn't disclosed.

CNN is taking major hits on this, as about 7-8 other questioners ID's are coming out as "plants" as well.

    Talk about unfair and unbalanced.

  8. If you were a man and had to sleep, shower and dress next to an OPENLY g*y person would YOU feel comfortable?  The key word is OPENLY g*y.

Do you also want co ed barracks, co ed showers? I don't think that would make anyone comfortable...

So my answer is OPENLY no............... If you are g*y thats fine but when you start flaunting your sexual preferences it's just wrong to subject anyone who is NOT comfortable with that... The same as a woman wouldn't feel comfortable be forced to dress and shower with a bunch of men...  Remember this issue is not about g**s being in the service it's about Openly having the right to flaunt your sexual tendencies on other people.

I just don't understand why so many people are having trouble with this.. This is NOT about being g*y and in the service.. it's about being OPENLY g*y and if they have the right to flaunt their sexual tendencies.   Most people are thinking it's about just being g*y and in the service which is NOT the question..  It's fine to be g*y thats your right, but to subject  others  to having to be part of your beliefs is wrong.

And yes this was a planted question by hillary garbage politics and shows us just how bad this woman can be.. She will do ANYTHING to win the election. Pretty sad woman if you ask me.

  9. Yes, they should.

  10. I'll answer that even though you are obviously a Killery plant....yes they should.

  11. It depends.

How do you intend to replace the people who choose not to re-enlist or not to enlist at all because they do not want to shower with an open homosexual?

People need to realize is that your opinion really does not matter.  The important opinions are those of the people who would consider joining the military.

If you allowed open homosexuals into the military we would need a draft in order to maintain personnel strength.

And then you have the issue of drafting a person then forcing them to shower with an open homosexual against their wished.

The fact of the matter is that we need to look at what best meets the military needs of the nation - not what best satisfies a special interest group and a bunch of people who would never consider joining the service no matter what.

  12. yes,

Anyone willing to sacrifice themselves for the rest of us are NOBLE and GOOD people.  To prevent them from serving is idiotic and is largely based on superstition and irrational fear and hatred.

  13. I don't have a problem with that

  14. We already have g**s in the military, but probably closeted. Shouldn't matter at least they have the courage to sacrafice their lives for our country.

  15. Yes they should.

I think this is a non issue.  These people have the same rights as any other American.  I don't think it is necessary or desirable to parade your sexuality in public, whatever it may be.

The don't ask, don't tell policy speaks to it being a non issue.

I don't ask about anyone elses sexuality, and I don't talk about mine.

It is assumed that we all have it, just as we all go to the bathroom.  We don't need to discuss that either.

It's not anyone elses business who I or any one else chooses to sleep with.

And I am a very strongly conservative person.

  16. Sure they should, but why would they its dangerous to do so. Alot of people would not be understanding and they could be at risk.
