  1. It's a great time to buy, the prices are low.  You need to find a market that is interested in buying, and can buy.  Watch and learn from those who are still successful in the time.  If you're not making your payments due to your income situation, then get out.

  2. A whole two months? I've been in the mortgage business for 10 years and believe me I ask myself the same question all the time. The truth is, is it something you are passionate about? I've had months where I didn't get a paycheck, but I knew if I kept at it, things were only going to get better. You are ready to give up on something you've been in for 60 days. Give it more time. Talk to people who have been in a long time and see what they are doing. Ask yourself do you want to continue the same life you've had or do you want passion and freedom? Have patience and believe in yourself.

  3. If you expected to start making good money in the first sixty days, you were disillusioned, misled, or both.  It takes six months for a new agent to finally 'get going'.  If this is all your patience level can handle, I recommend getting out now.
