I've open Terrace of 46 sq mtr attched to my flat no body has access to this terrace other then me?

and whille making agreement i paid 1/3rd for this open terrce to builder

how can i cover this terrece in to a one big leving room

Check with council, and body corporate before you do a thing, friend of mine had same type of thing, just wanted a small (3m sq) pergola out there to sit under in summer and half way through installation people above here kicked up a stink and she was ordered (By law!) to remove it all and is not allowed to add a thing down there now at all, so no matter what you do, check 1st, so you don't waste any money.

But if you are allowed, you could do a green house or something, depends on whether you mean an actual extension to your home or just a lounging space for friends to hang out in that has a shade sail over it?????
