As stated above I've ordered merchandise over three weeks ago from an Yahoo website, paid through Pay Pal, received an email confirmation but have not received the merchandise. What do I do to either get the merchandise or get a refund?

  1. You can go to either site and fill-out a complaint card and if ur product doesn't show up in 30 days they refund your money but you better get to it think you only have 15-30 days to file complaint

  2. I order something before that took 8 weeks. You have to keep in mind where its being sent from

  3. Contact the vendor first and ask them if they have shipped your order, and to provide you with a tracking number. If they can do that, then chances are your package was delivered to the wrong address (postal service fault) and your problem is with them and not the vendor.

Not all vendors use shipping services that provide tracking. If the vendor doesn't have a tracking number, they should at least have proof of shipping (receipt) they can show you to back up claims of having shipped the package.

If they do not have this, than you may be dealing with an unsavory vendor. The next step is to contact Paypal and explain the situation to them. Paypal will likely contact the vendor for an inquiry and basically demand the same type of proof that you did in regards to shipping. If the vendor cannot prove your item was shipped, Paypal will often intervene and issue you a refund.

  4. it takes along time but should be there anyday now

  5. If the seller does not respond to your email, dispute it with PayPal.  Most items you buy through Paypal (within the US) are protected.  Contact Paypal if the buyer has not responded in a reasonable time.  They can intercede.
