I've paid off a tax lien in georgia but its still on my credit report?

The IRS is NO help. They keep passing me back and forth between departments and I cant get a straight answer from them at all! I've almost given up. It went to collections years ago and i payed them off through that adjacency. But when i called them...They didn't have my file anymore. They said they would have just sent the payment into the State for me. But like I said...The IRS has there heads so far up there as* and are not helping me at all. Who do I need to contact for some real help? GO FAIRTAX.ORG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously
