I've seen bicycles that look like motorcycles, but i'm having trouble finding one-what are they called?

not so much a motorcycle, such as the sting ray mentioned below, i'm looking for a bike that has more of an antique-ish look.

I'm building me a tall bike right now all I need is the welding done. I wish I knew how to weld myself. A welding shop is asking me for $20 for each weld so I'm waiting for my next paycheck.

I don't know what the genre is called, 'choppers' perhaps? You're talking about something like the 'new' Schwinn Stingray, right?

The look cool; but they're art, not practical transportation. I wouldn't want to have to pedal one more than a block or two.
