I've seen mails sayin AOL giving money for forwarding some mails. Wil these mails really helps victims?

I usually get mails from some friends with some quotes tat their relatives suffer from some disease r problem (like cancer, Brian tumor, etc.) ans ask us to forward it other and forwarding will let them earn some money from AOL. Is these things really works. Let me know it. thanks in advance.

Those are hoax mails

Those emails are a spam or hoax.. Just ignore them. AOL or Bill Gates isn't going to pay any money for somebody to forward an email.
