I've sent an invite to a friend, but she doesn't seem to be able to access the group. How can I get her in?

You can add your friends directly to your group and here is how you can do that:

Send her the URL of your group.  She can click on it, go direct to the group and click on the "Join This Group" button on the home page.  She would just follow the prompts for joining it.  

If she does not yet have a Yahoo ID and password, tell her to register with Yahoo first, then sign in to Yahoo, go to your group site and click the Join button.  It's easier this way and not so confusing for new Yahoo users.  

You can Add her to your group but she would only be an Email Only member and would not be able to access the group site.  Email only members are only able to send and receive emails to/from the group.
