  1. If you clean up your diet, you will notice changes even quicker. Eat less red meat, eat fish and white meat, more veg and fruit, plenty of water, especially while you train, cut out fizzy drinks and sweeties/chocolate all together and cut down on alcohol if you like a beer.

Doing this will help your body get the best out of your training. I train 5 nights a week 3 hours a night, and gymnastics once a week also, but I'm training for fights. I look a lot different to what I did this time last year. Bigger and leaner.

You will not see changes over night, but if you keep it up and  eat healthily, you'll start to notice changes very quickly. And the more you train, the less your muscles will ache the next day. But usually when it's not as sore that means you have to take yourself to a higher level and work it harder.:-)

    Good luck with your training.

  2. I normally never bash people for stupid questions, but this one truly is daft!

It's sport dude! Of course you'll tone up!!!

Being sore means something is happening, doh? Or did you think toning up was easy and painless. They'd be a lot perfect bodies walking around if it was.

Now I know I'll probably get lots of thumbs down for this answer, so thumb away if you like...but let's face it, it's like saying 'I've started bench pressing, will my pecks get bigger??? And how long will it take???

  3. Hi,

I struggled for ages to find any good new ringtones for my phone but now am able to download all the very latest ones whenever I like. They apparently cover all the major phones and networks and give a load of complimentary ringtones too.  If you want to take a look they're at:  http://offto.net/ringtones_810c/

    Enjoy!

  4. I just want to re-iterate what the first poster said.  A lot of times people neglect their diet when it's just as important as your work-out ethic.

The number one thing is stay consistent.  Don't look into the mirror everyday thinking today is going to be the day where abs magically appear.  It takes time and dedication, make realistic short-term goals.

  5. Yeah, you will tone up depending on how you guys train. But if it means getting sore the next day then you'll definitely see a difference in many ranges of your physical aspect, toning be one of them.
