Ok. I started like a week ago and i started at about 150. Since then I've been eating the same I've always been eating (breafast, lunch, dinner no snacks) since i've started I've gained 10 pounds and I wanna know what's up! When will I start losing weight??? The practices are intense. They are 2 and a half hours each. I've only missed one practice cuz i pulled a muscle. We usually end each practice by running a mile. When will I lose weight!?
