Question:

I've started running a little bit while walking but only for 1 block.?

I can't go any further without feeling like my feet are going to give out on me. I don't feel any pain or discomfort but the tops of my feet start to feel weak. Is it b/c I'm not used to running yet? Has anyone experienced this before?

  1. i havent excactly gotten the thing you have but i have gotten this thing where i run my ankle starts to hurt so that i cant run anymore. And it might be that u havent gotten used to running but dont worry it will go away


  2. that means u are so out of shape. so after u give up try again right away until u can go more then 1 block. it will make u stronger if u keep trying.

  4. It most likely means that you are out of shape but i have also gotten this feeling when i have either eaten too much or too little. Make sure you eat a good healthy meal awhile before you run that will help. Also to work past to being out of shape thing try to go a little farther each time you run push yourself to the limits because running is also mental. Good luck and keep running.

    and yeah, you're probably just out of shape. just take it nice and easy so u don't get hurt and so u can enjoy doing it. that way you'll be more apt to keep doing it. good luck! have fun!
