  1. I know it's hard, but you're going to have get rid of that razor. It's not just a matter of throwing it in the garbage, you actually have to break it and throw it away somewhere that you can't go back to get it from. I know what you're going through is hard, I had a really good friend from middle school that used to be a cutter. It's not so easy to say "Just stop doing it" if it was that easy you would. But cutting is an addiction and unhealthy coping mechanism. I really hope that you're talking to someone about this. It's a very hard addiction to overcome, and it becomes a lot easier to do when you have people helping you and supporting you.

Good luck! And please get rid of that razor now! :)

  2. Oh my gosh. When I decided to stop, I had a panic attack when I threw away the blade. It was probably the hardest thing I have done in a long time.

It's a really big step, and you really have to be ready for it. If you've really decided to stop, just throw it away. Don't think about anything else, just do it.Get rid of it.

  3. just throw them away. you'll feel a lot better when you do it.

  4. Scars are not attractive , when you look back on what you did to yourself, your going to feel sorry.

  5. I started cutting when i was 12 and now im 20.

Its really hard to stop... Alot of people are going to say ' just stop ' or something like that, but its not that easy. Its just like being a drug addict or anorexic.... Its an addiction.

I did it for a long time... and to be honest with u, i dont know if u'll ever be completely ' healed' because like i said im 20 now and i still think about doing it sometimes even though i havent done it since i was 18...

I suggest talking to someone thats a positive influance like good friends, family or counslor.

But if u really think about it; it all ends where it begins... U have to be happy, and content with urself and ur life before ur strong enough to stop.

I hope things get better for u... u can email me if u want.

  6. It's too hard to actually throw them away so I will not try to tell you to do that because I know its not that simple.  Instead just continue to try to keep yourself from doing it.  If you ever get the urge don't immediately do it but talk to someone you can trust or feel comfortable with.  Its not a simple solution but if you can maybe just change your responses and not resort to cutting first in the future you can be on the road to change and it wouldn't be a problem anymore.
