I've studied piano for 10 years. now iam practicing boxing. Is boxing negatively affected my fingers.?

  1. You have a chance of breaking your hands and fingers.  How well do you think you will play with disfigured hands?  The answer to this question is so easy.


  2. Don't forget that their are muscles in fingers as well as the wrist etc...

    Their is no danger of breaking any finger with boxing gloves but you can damaga your knuckles with one wrong hit.

    Than, you will have some problems playing the piano. It's your choice because, one it took you 10 years to achieve, you can destroy it with 1 sec of punch power.

    Your choice. If that is your calling, go for it !!!!

  3. as a pianist you should treasure your hands especially your fingers...

    it's better if you put boxing off your list of things to do if you still want to be able to play the piano with great skill... :D
