I've noticed that I'm less fatigued, however I have some questions. My bowel movements have been softer, my urine has been clear (I am peeing more than before). But because of the garlic I have been feeling more refreshed, how do you think the garlic has affected my body?

  1. I know that raw garlic is reportedly good as a cardiac supplement, b ut I have not heard about the responses you mentioned other that garlic IS NOT a diuretic.Garlic Supplements

Raw garlic has been used for its  properties as  a popular supplement used for antioxidant, cholesterol and cardiovascular support.

Oh, to  the best of my knowledge, the only advantage of taking the pills is adding to the cash income in the pockets of the manufacturers..

  2. Natural garlic is good for you.  Your garlic week is not a controlled study.  Your other food and liquid intake can make changes to.  As far as your bowel movements your poo should be light in color, fluffy, and float.  You should sit down and be on the toilet for no more than 2 min.  If not, you have accepted chronic constipation.  Increase fruits, veggies, and h20.  Ground flax seed can be a good fiber supplement.  Your urine should be clear if you are taking in enough water.  Clear urine is healthy urine. If you continue on your garlic quest(same with onions) and discover a new found stinky BO.  Mango's or Mango juice can help throw off body oder.

  3. That would depend on what form you're taking. I don't think garlic does much of anything in a week - maybe help the immune system a little in that amount of time. Are you taking pills that also contain magnesium stearate? That could possibly affect the texture of stools. Was your urine cloudy before? You could have had a UTI that the garlic is clearing up.
