I've to double my dose of Paxil 10mg. Do I take 2 tablets at once or 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening?

I've been taking Paxil 10mg for almost a week now. I was just wondering because I forgot to ask my doctor.

You should call your doctor and ask him, since he prescribed it. My doctor is never to busy to talk to me or at least get back to me pretty soon.

At the same time. These are time release meds. If you went to the doc he would give one 20mg tablet. Call a pharmacist first.

It does not really matter,  but most people can remember to take pills once a day better than remembering to take pills twice a day. I would stick with once a day sometime when you can remember like breakfast or brushing your teeth.
