Yahoo has some rules you must follow to use your personal pictures as your background on your 360.

they are..

1. They may not be of a nude or pronographic nature.

2. They must be in the JPG file format



3. They must not exceed 250Kbs in size.

if you have followed these rules then it would be a problem with a bug on your page and you can notify yahoo of the problem by going to the betafeedback option at the top of any of your 360 pages
