I've tried to type yahoo chess on the start button but nothing appears,how can i delete when there is no files present?please help me i"m desperate.....

I can help you. Recently Yahoo updated their chess software and you now need the new version. The first thing you will have to do is remove the old software. Standard clearing the cache does not remove game demos.(deleting browser history old files clearing cookies, etc) They have to be deleted by selecting the Yahoo demo program. First click start button, then search, click on files/folders, type in yahoo chess. When file comes up, right click on it and then click remove. Next time you visit Yahoo chess it will prompt you to download the new demo of Yahoo's newest version of chess. Some folks are having a problem with the above procedure. If you did, please try this instead: Go to tools on your tool bar, then select internet options, browser history, settings button, view objects. Select the game chess and then delete it. Good Luck.

cleared cache,history all that.the only thing that did work was to unistall flash player 9 for 7.yahoo chess worked,but other sites and aps that require flash 9 WONT. PLEASE YAHOO DO SOMETHING.
